Fair Housing Month Event

The Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) and HUD's Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) will jointly host this collaborative forum and in-person event to discuss the barriers source of income discrimination impose on recipients of housing vouchers and how Illinois’s Source of Income Protections under the Illinois Human Rights Act removes those barriers.

The event includes Panels and Speakers on the importance of source of income protections for housing voucher participants and the Illinois Human Rights Act’s protections against source of income discrimination.
