Compliance Reviews
Each year, to satisfy Title 44, Subpart D, Section 750.230 of the department rules, we randomly select a small number of businesses for a compliance review. If we selected your business, you should have received detailed instructions about what to expect.
What happens during a review:
- We'll request documentation about your employment practices
You'll complete a Compliance Review Questionnaire
We’ll help you understand the timeframe for completing the review
