This mini presentation will provide an overview of the levels of oppression often experienced and provide an opportunity for reflection, perspective taking, and creative initiative in creating opportunities for increased equity and inclusion. Oppression and injustice are human creations built into our current social and economic systems. Oppression is more than just the sum of individual prejudices. Its patterns are systemic and therefore self-sustaining often, without interruption.
